5 natural ways to make your heels baby soft

If the skin of your heels is already very rough and cracked, this means that before whatever procedure, you need to remove the dead sells from your skin in order to achieve the expected results. For this purpose soak your feet for 10 – 15 minutes in hot water with a little bit of lemon juice or salt in it. After that scrub them carefully with the help of natural pumice stone, in order to exfoliate them in the most gentle way. And here are namely the most effective methods against cracked heels, which you can do yourself at home without having to visit expensive beauty salons for professional pedicure:


Mix one egg yolk, one tea spoon of lemon juice and one tablespoon of potato starch. Apply the mixture on your heels and wait until it completely dries out. Rinse with warm water and anoint your feet with an oily moisturizing cream.


Mix onions and leaves of cabbage in proportion 1 to 1, grind them and add to them warm mashed cooked potatoes. Divide the whole mixture in two parts and make a bandage on each of your heels with the help of plastic foil. Stay like that for a couple of hours or even better – sleep over with the compresses and in the morning rinse with warm water.


Place on your hells a paste of mashed fresh zucchini and wait for 30 minutes. After that rinse with warm water and apply a thick layer of nourishing cream. Do this procedure once a week.


Apply an equal mixture of coffee (you may also use coffee grounds), yoghurt and honey. Stay like that for about 15 minutes and then rinse with lukewarm water. Anoint your heels with an oily cream, put on cotton socks and sleep with them overnight.


Chop the rind of a lemon finely and mix it with a decoction of green tea, as to obtain a homogeneous mash. It is preferable the mixture to be warm when you apply it on your heels. After that make bandages on both of your heels with plastic foil or put on thick cotton socks and stay with them overnight.
